Who is responsible

What we collect with a quote request
- Contact details: name, email, and optionally company and phone.
- Project details: service type, description, page and feature preferences, content status, current and reference site addresses, budget range and target date.
- Files you choose to upload (up to 3 files, 5 MB each; PDF, PNG, JPEG, WEBP or plain text).
- A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to prevent abuse. The IP address itself is not stored.
- When you confirmed this notice, and any separate marketing consent you gave.
Why we use it
To assess your request, contact you and prepare a quote for you. Your request is saved to our database first; then a notification email goes to the site owner and a confirmation email with your reference number goes to you. Marketing emails are only sent if you separately opt in.
The project assistant (AI)
Using the assistant is optional — you can send the form without it. If you use it, your messages and the project details in the form are sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate replies. Please don't type payment details, passwords or sensitive personal data. The conversation is kept on our server only so the chat can continue; when you send your request, only a short summary is attached to it and the conversation text is deleted. Conversations that are never submitted are deleted after 30 days at the latest.
Who can access it
Requests and files can only be viewed through the admin panel by an authorised administrator. Files are not stored in a public folder. We rely on service providers for hosting, email delivery and (if you use it) the AI service; the list of providers will be added here before launch.
Visit statistics
To improve the site we keep cookieless, anonymous visit statistics on our own server: aggregated information such as which pages are viewed, which site a visit came from (domain only), device type, browser, country, language and how far the quote form was completed. Your IP address is not stored; visits within a day are counted with a one-way digest that changes every day, so we can't recognise you across days. If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”, no statistics are sent. This data isn't shared with third parties and is deleted after 400 days.
Cookies
This site only uses cookies it needs to work: a security cookie that protects form submissions against forged requests (csrftoken) and a session cookie that keeps your project-assistant chat yours (sessionid). No advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies are used. When you dismiss the cookie notice, that choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage). Your quote form draft is also kept only in this tab (sessionStorage).
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for 730 days unless there's a reason to keep them longer, then deleted along with their files. If we end up working together, related records may be kept longer to meet legal obligations.
Cookies and browser storage
The site only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for security (CSRF) and sessions — no advertising or analytics cookies. Your form draft is kept only in this browser tab (sessionStorage) and is cleared when you close the tab.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Send your request to furkannyazgann@gmail.com with your reference number.
